He brings nearly a decade of experience negotiating merchandising contracts for Fortune 500 companies, along with years spent explaining mind-numbing data science to non-technical executives in a way they could understand and act on. And he was really good at it! Now he brings that same disciplined approach to every one of his transactions. Steven's passion for real estate began over five years ago, when he started investing in property himself and realized that everything he'd learned in real life, the sleepless nights worrying about contract liability and keeping clients happy, had prepared him for this more than he ever expected.
Outside the office, Steven is a husband and father to a daughter, and his goal is simple: prove to her that you can do what you love and still be happy!
